BCaBA
A professional analyst who is an undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
Professionals certified at the BCaBA level provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Responsible To: Administrator / Board of Directors and assigned BCBA

• The BCaBA is responsible for assisting in the completion assessments, behavior plans and re-assessments
• The BCaBA is responsible for turning in assessments, behavior plans and re-assessments by the assigned due date
• The BCaBA is responsible for completing any corrections to the assessments, behavior plans and or re-assessment by the deadline given by your supervisor
• The BCaBA will ensure the RBT is collecting Data and creating graphs
• The BCaBA will complete intake documentation with the families and update them as needed
• The BCaBA will report any grievances the family may have
• The BCaBA is responsible for conducting parent and RBT competency’s
• The BCaBA will make plan revisions as needed due to lack of progress
• The BCaBA will conduct parent training as needed or as identified in the Behavior plan
• The BCaBA will provide supervision and oversight to RBT’s on designated cases
• The BCaBA will sign/validate RBT logs or supervision forms
• The BCaBA will receive supervision by a BCBA and per BACB standards
• The BCaBA will comply with company policies.
